Lemon, black pepper and sea salt are the kitchen threesome that can act as medicine. These food ingredients when combined together can be used for the following seven health conditions:




1. Relief from the stomach ache


In a glass of water put one tablespoon a teaspoon of pepper and lemon juice and drink it slowly


2. Soothe the sore throat


Remove the pain in the throat with the this drink: one tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, half teaspoon pepper and a teaspoon of sea salt mixed in a glass of hot water. Gargle several times a day to afflict soar throat and prevent coughing.


3. Stuffy nose


Mix a same amount of black pepper, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom seeds in a bowl, then grind or crushed until they become a powder. Slowly inhale the fragrant mixture, and it will open the airways.


4. For asthma


In pot with boiling water put 10 grains of black pepper, 2 cloves and 15 basil leave. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes, then strain the mixture into a jar. Add two tablespoons of honey and leave it to cool down. You can store it in the fridge for a two weeks.
