This drink with gelatin consists of extremely healthy ingredients which can help you to reduce pain at the waist, wrists and for reducing weight. We making this drink we will need gelati, honey, cocoa and milk.


Gelatin consists of proteins, minerals and water. Certain tests proved that gelatin can reduce the pain and improve the function of joints for patients with osteoartitis. It contains collagen that is needed for building cartilage and bones.

    • 1 teaspoon of cocoa



    • 1 teaspoon of honey



    • 100ml water



    • 100ml milk



    • 5gr gelatin






Place the gelatin in a glass and add 50ml water. Stir it and leave to swell for 10 minutes. Put the cocoa, milk and the remaining water into a bowl to be boiled. Once the cocoa boils, remove the bowl and leave to cool. In the cocoa, add gelatin and mix it nice to dissolve, then add the honey and stir again. Consume this drink on an empty stomach.
