Colored ‘infusions’ that will refresh your body



The liquid washes the body from inside and the showering will be much more effective if instead of purchasing juices in the summer, we “inject” our body with “infusion bottles” of fresh minerals and vitamins. Mix carefully the selected vegetables and fruits. Their main role is to supply the body with maximum nutrients that will make detoxification of the body and successfully regenerate hair, skin and blood.     1. Red infusion    Watermelon helps the body to release the accumulated toxins due to organic compound citrulline, an amino acid which filters the liver and kidneys. Thanks to the water content of up to 95 % overall composition, cucumbers also helps in removing toxins from the body, and at the same time supplying the necessary B and C vitamins.




    • 50 grams of watermelon


    • 1 large cucumber


    • 1 lime


    • A couple of mint leaves


    • 1 dcl of water





Peel the lime and along with watermelon and cucumber insert it in a blender. At the end of the mixing, add the water and the mint leaves, and mix it all again. This drink is recommended to consume at least three times a week.


2. Green infusion



Green leaves of spinach and cabbage are responsible for the cleaning process thanks to the abundance of chlorophyll. Flavonoid apiin, which has antioxidant activity, essential oil and amino acid asparagine, are located in the stem, root and in the leaves of the celery. It acts as a natural diuretic, and beside that, a mix of vegetables meets the daily intake of vitamins and minerals.




    • 3 carrots


    • 3 kale leafs


    • 2 stalks celery


    • 2 beet


    • 25 grams of spinach


    • 25 grams of fresh cabbage


    • 15 grams of parsley


    • -½ Onion


    • 2 cloves garlic





Wash well the leafy vegetables and peel the celery, carrot, onion and put all together in the blender and mix. If necessary, add water so the drink will be more fluent. Store the resulting amount in a refrigerator and drink it during the day.


3. Red/pink infusion



Beetroot presents food that has the quality of remineralization and successfully fights with premature aging and participates in the general cleaning of the body. Blackberries are ten times richer in antioxidants than tomatoes or broccoli, which puts them in the top ten healthiest foods.




    • ½ kg of beetroot


    • ½ kg carrots


    • 30 grams of blackberries


    • 25 grams of honey





Peel and grate the beetroot and carrots, put all ingredients together, mix it well and add the honey. Leave the mixture for 24 hours in the refrigerator so that all ingredients are imbued, and then strain the mixture and keep in glass bottles. This drink targets the vascular system and improves the immunity. It is recommended to consume 1 dl in the morning on an empty stomach.
