Millet contains more proteins than wheat, maize and rice. It is full of nutrients, such as: Phoshorus, Magnesium, Calcium, Maganese, Tryptophan, Fiber,B vitamins(B1 and B2) and Antioxidants. It contains 14% vegetable protein, 60% carbohydrates and very little fat.

How to prepare your millet:
- 1 cup peeled grains of millet
- 3 cups water
- ½ cup of each: grinded carrot, parsley, leeks, celery
- ½ tsp. salt
Put the millet into water and boil it. Then add the vegetables and boil them for 20 minutes. When it is boiled add small dose of salt.
