Every mother should make this mash for her baby, and it would love it!
- 2 tablespoons of oat flakes, ½ cup water, 12 grains of raisins, half an apple, half a banana, half a pear, ½ cup yogurt, ½ lemon juice, a few hazelnuts or almonds, seasonal fruit, ½ tablespoons sugar depending on the acidity of the fruit.
At night put the oat flakes and dried grapes soaked in water. In the morning, add the chopped apple, banana, pear, ½ cup yogurt, lemon juice, bold hazelnut or almond. Then add the strawberries, peaches, apricots or other seasonal fruit. Depending on the time of year, you would change the fruit, but the basis must be the same: yogurt, oatmeal and almonds!
