It would be great if everyone at home had a separate room for fitness. But since it is only a distant dream for most people, here are some simple exercises for which you do not need special devices, and can do much to help you strengthen your muscles.

1. Walking

If you have stairs nearby, use them for warm up. Climb up and down a few times on them. If you think it’s too easy for you, take a basket with some laundered clothes or bottles of water that will serve you as weights.
