Roasted carrots with garlic and parsley

Carrots are fantastic. They are full with carotene and vitamins. They are great in desserts, soups and like accessories for main meals.

Roasted carrots with garlic and parsley, are not only healthy and delicious but are also easy to prepare. They would be an excellent addition to the weekly lunch, and this is what you need…

  • ½ kg carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried incense
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Peel the carrots, cut them in half and turn the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, place the carrots, oil, vinegar, spices and garlic. Stir them well for every carrot to be coated and then apply salt and pepper. Arrange the carrots in a pan and bake them for 35-40 minutes.
