Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of water
  • 5 grams of grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons natural honey
  • 1 pinch ground hot pepper
  • 1 pinch anise

Preparation:

Put water on the fire. Leave it to boil for 5 minutes. After this time, leave the water to cool down. Add the above ingredients one by one. Let the mixture to stand covered until it cools down completely, and then the fluid that is obtained from this mixture is ready for consumption. It is important not to add the ingredients into the boiling water. The water needs to be cooled down to a level that would be only lukewarm, because in that way the ingredients will not lose the healing properties.

This tea should be consumed sip by sip throughout the whole day. It can also be consumed in a small cup half hour before each meal. You need to divide these 2 liters on three people, and it is the optimal daily dose.
