Irina Shayk owns attractive figure that lures sighs. The popular Russian share 7 exercises for “Vogue” with which she shapes her body.

Because she is constantly traveling and staying in hotels, it was too important to her to find exercises that can be practiced in a hotel room without equipment.

Coach of Irina – Justin Gelband, created a series of exercises for which ones are need only a towel. Do 15-20 repetitions for each exercise. For the exercises 3, 4, 6 and 7 first do 15-20 repetitions on left side, then do the same on the right.
