The program is created by Shaun T, which is one of the world’s best fitness trainers in recent years. His strong will proved to be more than worthwhile, because thanks to his idea, gyms around the world have a program that includes more fans.

The intense training involves endurance and pulls every ounce of power from the body, which is not for those who do not condition and who are not used to exhausting exercise.  Except that pulls out every ounce of power, for those who survive, it creates amazing stamina and strength. The program lasts 60 day. Each session lasts 45 minutes, and besides the will and stamina, it is also necessary to stick to a proper diet in order to be able to endure a grueling pace.
