Healthy cookie balls with apples and cinnamon


You want something sweet and delicious, but worry about diet and the number of calories? We have a great proposal for you, which we created in our kitchen – cookie balls with apples and cinnamon. They are easy to prepare and not contain sugar.cookie balls with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 6 apples
  • 2 glasses oat flakes
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 2 spoons of linseed
  • 2 spoons of sesame
  • cinnamon

Wash the apples, then peel and grate them. Then put the apples in a pot on fire, on medium heat, and cover them. Sweat them with occasional stirring until softened.

Add oat flakes, honey, linseed, sesame, sunflower and sprinkle cinnamon. Stir the mixture with hands and form balls in size of a walnut.

Put the cookie balls in a pan lined with baking paper. Bake them in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Leave the cookie balls to cool, and then serve them.
