The following exercise has the same effect you only need five minutes to do it!
Press and close the right nostril with the thumb. Breathe out and breathe in through the left nostril, then press and close it with the ring finger, while releasing your finger and exhale through the right nostril. Now, breathe in through the right nostril, then close it, and in the same time open the left nostril and breathe out. Continue alternating for five minutes.
It is scientifically proven that this exercise releases stress, and stimulates both brain hemispheres, so if you do it daily, you will feel much better and mentally capable.
