Recipe for lazy people: Healthy meal in 10 minutes


If the kitchen is not your favorite place in the home, and you want to eat something good and healthy, then you can easily fix the problem with chia seed.

Chia seed contains a lot of useful fiber, it can reduce cholesterol and prevent the absorption of fat.

So prepare your meal quick and easy.

You will need:

  • 170 g raspberries or blackberries
  • 1 ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • Two to three chopped almonds
  • Honey

 

Preparation:

Use a fork to blend the blackberries. Add the milk, the chia seeds and a little honey. Mix well and leave it to stand for ten minutes. Finally add the almonds and garnish with a few raspberries or blackberries.
