They found out that dogs effectively reduce the presence of the risk factors associated with heart disease, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol and obesity. People who have a dog are more prone to exercise because they are forced to walk the dog every day.
Pets have a great impact on mental health. It is proven that they are reducing the risk of stress and are improving the mood. The dogs, they unwittingly encourage people to socialize and have shown that socialization significantly reduces the risk of depression.
