Dessert can be healthy: Brownies with avocado

Brownies cookies are yummy dessert. But there is a healthier version for you to be able to enjoy them without the additional concern of how will that affect on your figure or health.

Avocados in this recipe is actually a replacement for butter / margarine which is originally used, and the coconut flour is substitute for the white flour.

But , which ingredients are necessary?

  • 1 large avocado
  • 120 grams of mashed apples
  • 120 grams of honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 50 g of coconut flour
  • 40g cocoa
  • 1 baking powder

Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

In large bowl mix the avocado, mashed apple, honey and vanilla extract. Add the eggs one by one and mix until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Finally add the coconut flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Stir well and pour the mixture into a greasy pan lined with baking paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow it to cool down and cut into cubes.
