Choco-ice bananas on a stick are more suitable for summer, but they are delicious and easy to prepare and simply we could not wait until summer to show you the recipe.
- 200 grams of cocoa
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 bananas
- 6 sticks for ice cream
- Chopped almonds, peanuts, chocolate crumbs, coconut, cornflakes, sweets for decoration
- Wide pan and baking paper or aluminum foil over it
Peel the bananas, cut them in half and insert ice cream sticks into each half. Place them on a pan and leave them in the freezer to freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate, and add 2 tablespoons oil. Dip each half of the banana into the cocoa, and then roll it in selected decoration (chopped almonds, peanuts, chocolate crumbs, coconut, cornflakes, sweets).
