Baked pie from potatoes, leeks and olives

  • 800 g cooked potatoes
  • 1 leek
  • 300 g olives
  • 400g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 g cheese

Chop the leek and put it in the pan to fry until it is softened. Wash the potatoes, peel them and boil them, then leave them to cool. Than grate the potatoes in a bowl and mix with cottage cheese and chopped olives. Add the fried leek. Put a little salt and pepper and mix it. On a side, mix the egg with yogurt and stir it into the mixture with potatoes. Put the entire mixture in a pan and smooth the surface. Grate the cheese on top.

Bake it in preheated oven at 200 degrees for a period of 15 minutes or until the eggs and cheese are melt.
